Apple Banana with Dried fruits Smoothie

Simply smoothie🧋 it's tasty and also healthy!
Bananas will pass their best quite quickly, I always made this smoothie whenever bananas look sadly 😩 the skin doesn't look present but inside has more sweetness.
This smoothie is good for constipation, it’s rich in fibre from both fresh and dried fruits, dates and raisins they’re a great source of fibre as well.
You can add any dried fruits you got in your kitchens such as apricots or prunes.
Tip:
*Use frozen fruits, for a thick and icy smoothie.
*For a thicker smoothie, start with less water, you can always add water as you blend.
