Simply smoothie🧋 it's tasty and also healthy!

Bananas will pass their best quite quickly, I always made this smoothie whenever bananas look sadly 😩 the skin doesn't look present but inside has more sweetness.

This smoothie is good for constipation, it’s rich in fibre from both fresh and dried fruits, dates and raisins they’re a great source of fibre as well.
You can add any dried fruits you got in your kitchens such as apricots or prunes.

Tip:
*Use frozen fruits, for a thick and icy smoothie.
*For a thicker smoothie, start with less water, you can always add water as you blend.

  1. 1Banana, peeled
  2. 1Apple, washed, deseeded, chopped
  3. 1 handfuldried dates
  4. 1 handfuldried green raisins
  5. 1 handfuldried raisins & raspberries
  6. 1 tbspseeds mix
  7. 200 mlwater

Steps

Less than 5 minutes
  1. 1

    Fill your blender with fruits, add water.

    Blend! I blend it until smoothie looks silky. If it's too thick, you can always add more water to achieve your desired consistency.

    Add your favourite toppings.
    Pour and enjoy!
