For the batter
1/2chopped onion
2eggs
1green chilli
as per tasteSalt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Coriander leaves
For cooking,
2 tsp . Oil
2boiled egg slices
Pinchred chilli powder
Pinchblack pepper
Pinchsalt

Mix all the ingredients and make the batter.

In a pan, add oil and pour the batter on high flame.

Quickly add 2 boiled egg slices and sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper and salt.

Put the lid and cook 1/2 min on low flame.
