Medium flame se thora kum and handi rakh dain oil garam ho jaye then add garlic cloves

Jub garlic cloves brown ho jain toh palak ko ache se cut kerke wash kerke rakhain jub pani nikal jaye oh add toh handi process

Jub cloves brown ho jain then add palak cook 5 min and add all spice

3 min cook add tomatoes and potatoes and dont add water palak and tomatoes ka apna water hota hai so easily cook ho jain gay😊

Jub sub ache ook ho jaye aur bhone ke baad dehmi aanch kerdain

Paneer ko fry kerlain ek fry pan main and add to palak

Aur halki anch per 10 min cook.. eat with chapati with chutni salad😍
