Steps

Firstly take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, also add lil salt & 1 tsp oil. Let it boil.

Now add pasta, cook it until Al Dente.

Strain it, transfer it into normal water, strain it again, keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add oil & butter, heat it.

Add onions, stir fry it for a minute. In goes green chilli, saute it for a sec.

Add ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released

Add in all the veggies one by one, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

In goes tomato & salt, give a stir, sprinkle some water.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until tomato becomes tender.

Add cheese now, mis it well. In goes Pasta.

Stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Add all the herbs, red chilli flakes & dhania patta, mix it well.

Cook it for a minute, turn off the flame.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

A nice one pot meal..
