Moms simple chicken and dumplings!
I made this using the leftover chicken breast from my other recipe, another one of moms!

Cut up leftover baked chicken

Get the pot ready for broth by adding your spices, I used 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp celery salt, 1tsp dried basil, 1tbs dried parsley, 2tbs chicken broth powder and heaping tbs of chopped garlic.

Add 6 cups hot water to pan and start heating the broth.

Add your cut up chicken and all left over soup gravy, and 1 cup milk to pan and keep stirring until its boiling the reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins.

Take two cups of Bisquick and mix with milk until a thick batter forms and drop spoonfuls of batter into simmering soup. Cover your pot and cook on low simmer for 20 minutes or until dumplings are done.

Enjoy by its self, pair with a salad or anything your heart desires, I hope you like this. There where no leftovers after my uncle, friend and myself where done. We ate a lot.....🤣
