Use a sizeable microwave-safe Mug with enough head space for the cake to rise without pouring over.

Add Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Cinnamon

Add in the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract and whisk until all ingredients are combined and batter has no clumps.

In another mug, pour in quarter of the batter and sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on it; repeat process till your batter is finish

Microwave mug cake for 2 minutes on high. If cake is still running add an extra 30 seconds, make sure not to over cook your cake.

Carefully remove from microwave and enjoy!
