My intention was just to make strips chicken in sautéed vegetable sauce, then I spotted the eggs in the crate then I changed the tales of the vegetable sauce.... Lol

Ingredients

15minutes
3 servings
  1. stripsSeason Chicken
  2. Tomatoes and Green Scotch bonnet pepper
  3. 2medium size Onions
  4. 1'tsp Ginger
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2cooking spoon vegetable oil
  7. "Efirin leaves" Tea bush(optional)

Cooking Instructions

15minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the pepper, tomatoes and onions

  2. 2

    Add the oil in a saucepan or frying pan and heat it up, stir Fry the seasoned chicken strips then sauté the vegetables. Add seasonings, correct the salt if necessary

  3. 3

    Pour in the whisked eggs and fry till it's cooked. Garnish with sliced "efirin leaves"Serve with bread/yam/potatoes
