In a bowl cobine maida, salt, baking powder, dahi and melted ghee.

Mix................well and knead a dough soft dough. Keep aside for 1/2 an hrs. From the dough take a smal ball make a round in shape and in the middle make a dent

Heat kadai add sugar and water boil itt till the sugar dissolves. Boil the sugar 1 sting consistency

Heat oil in kadai. Dip fry balushahi till light brown in colour. Afterwards add balushahi in sugar syrup dip for 2 minutes. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate.
