Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsEACH of chopped walnuts, pecan nuts, almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and cranberries or raisins
  2. 300 gramsrolled oats
  3. 1egg white beaten
  4. 4 Tcoconut oil
  5. 4 Thoney
  6. Goji berries

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the oats, nuts, raisins & half the coconut flakes into large bowl.

    On stove top heat up the coconut oil till melted. Add honey and beaten egg white and stir/ whisk till smooth. Few minutes only

    Put some baking paper at bottom of baking tray. Stir the oil &honey mixture into the oat/seed mixture and combine well

  4. 4

    Spread out evenly and then cover with baking powder and put in 180degree oven for 15 minutes

    Take out after 15 min and add the rest of the coconut flakes. Recover and back in oven for further 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Take out, leave to cool. Add a couple of handfuls of goji berries if you like. Bottle and you ready to go!

I love making granola. I usually make mine with honey and olive and than bake it. I have never tried with coconut oil 🥥. I want to try that next time. Thanks Paddy ❤
