Boil oatmeal for about 10 Mins. With a teaspoon of salt And drain.
Pour cold water to wash off.

Chop all washed veggies

Cook meat separately with little seasoning and teaspoon salt
Allow to cool off and chop.

Fry slices of yam

In a sauce pan, add groundnut oil, on a low heat and add chopped meat

Add all chopped ingredients and stir.
Add the boiled oats and seasoning.
Add little water and cover for 10 mins.

When all veggies are cooked.
Turn off heat and serve with fried Yam.
