Crispy herby roasted potatoes

Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 2.5 poundsYukon Gold potatoes
  2. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  3. 1 teaspoondried thyme
  4. 1 teaspoondried oregano
  5. 1/2 teaspooncayenne
  6. 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoononion powder
  8. Enough salt
  9. Enough pepper
  10. 1 teaspoonkosher salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut potatoes into large chunks, I quartered mine.

    Combine the rest of the ingredients

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 400

  4. 4

    Combine potatoes and dressing ingredients in a bowl and spread onto a foiled baking sheet.

    Roast for 35 minutes, turning after 20 minutes.
