5-10 poundspork neckbones
1large onion chopped
3 tspsalt
2 tspblack pepper
2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
1 tspcayenne pepper
4 clovesfinely chopped garlic

Thouroghly clean neckbones

Fill large pot with water, add neckbones

Bring to a boil and pour off scum,
add new water and return to stove
4

Add chopped onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
bring to another boil

Turn down heat to a simmer and cook until neckbones are tender
