  1. Offals
  2. 5Irish potato
  3. 3carrots
  4. Peas
  5. 3scotch pepper
  6. 3red bell pepper
  7. 1big onion
  8. 3medium tomato
  9. 5dried ginger
  10. 7 piecescloves
  11. 7 piecesblack pepper
  12. Seasonings

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the offals & add into a pot sprinkle some salt & chop some onions in it as seen here then add in 1/2 of the grinded ginger, black pepper & cloves. Cover & allow to cook for some minutes.

    When it starts cooking drain the water away, & wash off all the dirt strain & set aside. Blend the tomato, red & scotch pepper & onion add into a pot add some oil fry for some minutes then add water.

    Add in the seasonings I.e salt, maggi & any other seasoning or spice to your taste allow to boil then put in the offals & allow to cook while stirring occasionally & adding more water when needed or when water drys out until offals almost cook.

    Then peel & chop add potato, carrots, add them in together with the peas continue cooking until every thing is soft & tender then off heat allow to cool then serve…🍽😋😋😋enjoy!
