Ingredients

1 hour
2 portions
  1. 1 loafsour dough with whole wheat flour
  2. 4 slicesprovolone cheese
  3. 1chicken breast sliced thinly and bitten
  4. 2 spoonsextra virgin olive oil
  5. 1 spoonmustard
  6. 1lemon the juice
  7. 1 pinchthyme
  8. 1 pinchsea salt
  9. 1 pinchfreshly grated black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a frying pan until sizzling hot.

    Season the chicken and rub with a spoonful of olive oil.

  3. 3

    Add into the hot frying pan and cook until golden on both sides.

    Place into a food container. Mix the remaining olive oil with the lemon juice and the mustard well and pour over the chicken. Set aside for about an hour.

    Slice the loaf in half and then length wise and warm it over the grill.

  6. 6

    Slice the chicken in half, place the provolone cheese on the bread and top it up with the chicken. You can enjoy your sandwich.
