In a bowl add maida, curd, ghee,soda knead dough with chilled water. Do not kned too much. Batter should be neither too soft nor too hard
Keep dough in fridge for 5_10 mins - 2
Start making sugar syrup.when sugar melts cook another for 5mins. Switch off gas.

Heat oil in pan at medium flame

Make balls of dough n pinch a hole in middle

When oil heats, switch off gas
Put these balls in kadai.
Switch on gaa - 6
Always fry these balls on low flame so that balls should cook from inside. If one side cook flip to other side.

Take out balls n allow it to cool down completely

Now add these balls to warm sugar syrup
Dip these balls for 5_10 mins - 9
Take out balls to plate

Ready to serve
