Wash the moong dal and put it in the cooker. Add water, add water only a little, just to get the moong dal wet. Then add salt and oil. and turn off the cooker. And let it be for 2 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan. Then add asafoetida, coriander, fennel, green chilies. Then add all the spices. Add moong dal. Add cashews and raisins. Kachori masala is ready.

Now take all-purpose flour in a bowl. Add salt, ajwain seeds and oil after heating. Then add water and knead a soft dough.

Make small balls from one of the spices. Then take a ball from the dough. And take some. Then place the masala. Fold it well from all sides. Then lightly press it from all sides.

Heat oil in a pan. Oil should not be heated too much. When it is just a little hot, then add the kachori. And fry on medium heat.

Hot Kachoris are ready.

Take a kachori, add sweet chutney and green chutney, onion, sev on top of it. Kachori chaat is ready.
