Slow-Cooker Pulled Chicken with Cole-Slaw

Ingredients

6 people
  1. 4Chicken Breast
  2. 8Burger Buns
  3. 1 1/2 cupKetchup
  4. 3/4 cupApple Cider Vinegar
  5. 1/2Brown Sugar
  6. 1 teaspoonSalt
  7. 1 teaspoonPepper
  8. 2 teaspoonsPaprika
  9. 1 teaspoonGarlic Powder
  10. 2 TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  11. Cole-Slaw
  12. 3/4Mayonnaise
  13. 2 tablespoonsApple Cider Vinegar
  14. 2 tablespoonsSugar
  15. 2 cupsShredded Green Cabbage
  16. 2 cupsShredded Red Cabbage
  17. 1 cupShredded Carrots

Cooking Instructions

    Place the chicken Breast at the bottom of the slow cooker

  2. 2

    Cover the chicken with Ketchup, Apple cider vinegar, Brown sugar, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Make sure to mix well.

    Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

    In a large bowl whisk together Mayonnaise, Apple cider vinegar and Sugar.

    Add both cabbages and carrots to the large bowl And toss well.

  6. 6

    Once the chicken is done shred the chicken with a fork in the slow cooker

  7. 7

    Put the chicken on the Burger and the Cole-Slaw either on the Burger or on the side.

  8. 8

    You can use the remaining chicken for other foods: Example as a Pizza Ingredient or on Nachos
