[ For Crust ]
Crush biscuits to fine crumbs. Melt unsalted butter with microwave, at 600W for 30 sec. Add the melted butter to the crushed biscuit, and mix until well combined. - 3
Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of the cake pan. Let it sit in a fridge.

[ For Sweet Cooked Apples ]
Peel apples and then core. Dice them into 1.5 cm, 0.6-inch. Add granulated sugar and lemon juice, mix roughly. Leave it for 30 mins to extract water from apples. - 5
Microwave the apples until soft, at 600W for 5-8 mins. Take it out halfway twice, and stir. Add brandy and mix. Set aside.

[ For Yogurt Cheesecake ]
Sprinkle gelatin over water to soak. Please put water first and then sprinkle gelatin over to prevent becoming uneven. - 7
Smooth cream cheese with a spatula. Add granulated sugar in 2 parts, mix well until each time. Mix until the roughness of the sugar disappears.

Add condensed milk, and mix well. Next, use a whisk to stir to smooth more.

Add yogurt and lemon juice in that order, and mix well each time. (Please add yogurt in 2 parts.) Set aside.

Drain well apples in a strainer. (If possible, pat them with a paper towel to dry.) Take the cake pan out from the fridge. Arrange the apples over the crust.

Put the container with gelatin in hot water, mix to melt. Add to the cheesecake mixture and stir well. (It's okay to melt the gelatin in the microwave. At this time, be careful not to bring it to a boil.)
