Basbousa 🇪🇬🇪🇬

#Ambassador
Basbousa is a sweet, syrup-soaked semolina cake that originated in Egypt, although it is also popular in other countries. The semolina batter is baked in a sheet pan, then sweetened with orange flower water, rose water or simple Syrup
It is popular throughout the Middle Eastern countries, as well as North Africa, Iran, Greece and Turkey.
I made eggless basbousa if you are making with eggs then add 3 eggs and don't add milk
