  • 60 grcoconut powder
  • 4eggs
  • 120 grflour
  • 250 grbutter not margerine
  • 150 grgood very dark chocolat (Belgian of course)
  • 40 grcocopowder unsweetend
  • Pinchsalt

    Cream the eggs and sugar

    Meanwhile melt the butter and the chocolat

    Whisk

    Put in a buttered baking tray

    Bake for 30 to 35 min in a preheated oven (160°C)
