Today's recipe is a special dessert for chocolate lovers, with a chocolate sauce that's sure to win you over 🤤🍫

Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a nonstick pan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Once melted, remove from heat, add the flour, and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes pale. Add the salt and whisk again to bring out the sweetness.

Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and beat again with a mixer. The batter is now ready. If you have ramekins or small oven-safe cups, grease them and divide the batter evenly among them. (I made 4 servings.) Bake the soufflés for 7 to 8 minutes. After removing from the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before serving. You can either turn them out onto a plate or enjoy them straight from the cup.

If you greased your cups, the soufflés won't stick. You can also use aluminum soufflé cups—they work well and make it easy to remove the soufflé. Enjoy! And most importantly, don't eat your fingers 😋
