Appe is very easy to make breakfast. We can make it healthy by adding various vegetables of your choice.

Mix jowar flour & suji in bowl. Add curd in it. Add water and make thick batter of it. Keep it aside for 3 - 4 hours

Add all chopped vegetables, ginger chilli paste, salt, sugar, turmeric.

In a kadhai add oil, mustard seeds, asafoitida, little turmeric & curry leaves. Add this tempering to appe batter.mix well. Lastly add eno.

Grease appe pan with oil. Pour batter. Cook appe till golden brown from both sides.
