Ingredients

50 gicing sugar
50 gcaster sugar
1egg yolk
150 gground almonds
Optional: 2 drops almond extract and / or couple of drops of rose water

Steps

Mix the dry ingredients.

Add the egg and extract if using and knead until it comes together in a smooth paste.

Chill until ready to use. You can also freeze it.
