Coconut Dosa

Soak the rice for 2 to 3 hours and grind it well along with the coconut. Add the coconut and grind it, so that it becomes like a dosa batter. Add salt as needed.

Take a pan, pour a little coconut oil, then pour 2 to 3 ladles of dosa batter and allow it to thicken.
Keep stirring it, so that it doesn't get Burnt Then add the thickened paste to the ground batter.
Make dosa on a tawa and serve.
