Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  • 80 gmtuna chunks (half a small tin, drained)
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 2 tspEnglish mustard
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspred chili flakes
  • 2 tspchopped onions
  • 6 inch loaf of multigrain bread
  • 3-4 slicestomatoes
  • 2-3 leaveslettuce
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    To begin, in a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red chilli flakes, and chopped onions. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Drain the tuna chunks and roughly shred them. Add the tuna flakes to the dressing and mix well.

  3. 3

    Take a 6” loaf of multigrain bread. Slice the bread from the side but make sure you do not cut it all the way through.

  4. 4

    Place a few lettuce leaves at the bottom.

  5. 5

    Top it with a few spoonfuls of tuna salad.

  6. 6

    Finally, place the sliced tomatoes on top. Lightly press down the sandwich.

  7. 7

    The Multigrain Tuna Salad Sandwich is ready to serve. Serve it with fresh salad and potato wafers.
