Rotisserie roast chicken
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Feta
Avocado
Cucumber
Onions
Greek halloumi cheese
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil

Fry your chicken breasts or use pre bought rotisserie roast chicken

Make the salad (can use other cheeses if don't have halloumi)

Fry the halloumi, put it all together and add your dressing and enjoy
