Chicken and vegetable soup
Very good in winter and very healthy as well
Steps

Wash chicken and cut into cubes

Add into a vessel with water and salt. Let it boil till become soft and tender. Add some chicken bones for rich flavor

When boiled take out chicken from broth and shred into small pieces. Keep a side

Take an other vessel add 1 tbsp oil and add chopped garlic. Sauté a little bit

Now add chopped carrots and sauté, than add onions and cabbage sauté for 2-3 minutes and in the last add capsicum and sauté. I added green, yellow, orange and red capsicum.

Now add chicken broth into vegetables and shredded chicken as well.

Add salt, black pepper, chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and mix

Cook for 5-10 minutes

Now mix corn flour with some water and add into soup, stir continuously to give good thickness

Turn off heat and serve hot to your family
