Steps

Wash well, pat dry and discard pointed ends of the kundru. Slice all the kundru in round shape.

Take a pan and add oil.
Now add the paste prepared and keep stirring. - 3
Add Cumin seeds when you see the oil oozing out from the paste. Then add mustard seeds and a pinch of heeng.

Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.

Stir well and then add the chopped kundru.
Mix everything well
Now add chopped onions to the pan and mix again - 6
Cover and let it cook for 5-7 minutes
Keep stirring inbetween and cover again till it becomes soft.

When it’s done, add garam masala and serve hot with chapati
