Marrinate chicken pieces with vinegar for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in frying pan & make pakora.keep aside. Then add garlic & ginger in oil.saute it.

Then add tomato ketchup,soya sauce,black pepper powder, chillies,dry red chilli powder, salt & 1/2 cup water. Boil it.Then add chicken pakora & cornflour (mix with water). Cook it for 3 minutes. Then Garlic chicken is ready to serve.
