Ingredients

30 minutes
8 servings
  • (500g)1 packet pre mix vanilla muffin mix
  • 2eggs
  • 50 mloil
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 200 gbanana 🍌
  • 200 gchopped strawberries

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl take the milk, eggs and oil and mix well

  2. 2

    Next add the banana and strawberry and mix well

  3. 3

    Add the premix and give a good stir

  4. 4

    Line a muffin tray and place mixture into the muffin tray

  5. 5

    Bake at 180'c for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Enjoy
