Ingredients

4 servings
  1. For daal
  2. 1 cuptoor dal
  3. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. as requiredWater
  6. For tadka
  7. 3 tbspoil
  8. 2-3Dry red chilli
  9. Pinchhing
  10. 8-9garlic cloves chopped
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1 TSPred chilli powder
  13. as required Coriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the lentils well in two-three waters. Heat the cooker, add water to it. After adding lentils, add turmeric and salt and take two-three whistles.

    Heat a tadka pan. Add a oil.
    Now add cumin seeds after seeds take crakers now add chopped garlic and dry rad chilli.

  3. 3

    Switch off the gas and add red chili powder. Now add this tempering to the dal and garnish with coriander. Serve with chapati
