પહેલા અડદના લોટને દૂધ અને ઘી થી લાંબો આપી કલાક પછી ચાળી ને ઘી મુકી શેકવા મુકો બે ચમચી ગુંદર ને ઘી મા શેકી એડ કરો...કરકરો ગુંદર લેવો.બદનામ પાવડર એડ કરો

મીશ્રણ શેકાય પછી એક કપ ખાંડની એકથી દોઢ તારની ચાસણી કરી લોટમાં એડ કરો મિશ્રણ મા અડદીયાનો મસાલો અને સૂંઠ પાવડર...નાખી મિશ્રણને બોલ બનાવો
