Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 tbsolive oil and 2 tbs butter
  • 1onion
  • 3 clovesminced garlic
  • Carrot, celery, parsnip 1 each
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 3/4 tspred pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsmiso
  • San Mariano plum tomatoes and 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2bay leaves, parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, fennel, salt, pepper
  • 4 cupsvegetable broth
  • 1 cupred wine or white wine dry
  • Shrimp shells
  • Fish - 1 lb each - salmon, mahi mahi, scallops, shrimp
  • Pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    For broth, first sauté oil, butter, chopped veggies, seasoning, miso, then wine and cook until doesn’t smell of alcohol

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, broth, steamer basket and shrimp shells cook for 5 minutes high pressure

  3. 3

    Add salmon and mahi mahi. 8 min low pressure

  4. 4

    Add shrimp, scallops, pasta. 5 minutes low pressure
