Ingredients

  • 1/2 CupOil
  • 1 tspCoriander seeds
  • 1 tspCumin Seeds
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 3-4Potatoes
  • 2-3Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5Green Chillies
  • 6-8Button red chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the potatoes.

    Roughly cut the chillies into thick pieces.

    Chop the tomatoes.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in coriander,cumin and button chillies.

    Let them sizzle for few seconds.

    Add in all the spices and vegetables.

    Cook covered till potatoes are tender.
