Ingredients

30 mins
3-4 people
  1. 250 g.Mince pork
  2. 15 g.Chopped Garlic
  3. 15 g.Chopped Shallot
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1/2 tsp.Chicken powder No MSG
  6. 1 tsp.Sugar
  7. 1 tsp.Pink Salt
  8. 50 g.Chopped Cabbage
  9. 30 g.Chive
  10. 15 g.Spring Onion
  11. 1 tbsp.Golden Mountain Soy Sauce
  12. 1 tbsp.Healthy Boy Soy Sauce
  13. 1/2 tbsp.Sesame Oil
  14. 1 tbsp.Tapioca Flour
  15. 1/2cup. Water
  16. 1/2 tsp.Rice flour
  17. 1/2 tsp.All purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients as below and massage pork mixture by hand until get texture as shown

  2. 2

    Wrap Gyoza as shown and use water to seal gyoza

  3. 3

    Make Gyoza sauce

  4. 4

    Mix crispy mixture

  5. 5

    On low heat add Gyoza And arrange as shown Or however you prefer
    * Cook until bottom Of Gyoza slightly cooked As shown
    * Then add mixture to make Gyoza crispy
    * Add lid and cook approximately 8 mins On low heat
    * After 8 mins Open the lid
    * Try lift a Gyoza a little bit As shown to help when we remove
    * Flip from fry pan as shown..... Done..!🤤🤤...
