Sieve the white flour and baking powder. Keep aside

Add in the sieved flour alternating with the milk and fold it in the mixture.

Bake at 170, for about 25 mins, then check.

When cool, remove from the tin
Decorate with butter cream or fresh cream. Tastes yum
