Boil the eggs hard with salt and cut into two equal halves.

In a bowl add besan flour, chili powder, cornflour, ajwain(optional), salt, ginger garlic paste, mix all of them together. Beat an egg in the batter. Make a thick batter by adding a little water. I used a beaten egg in the batter to make it more tasty and avoided cooking soda here.

Now dip each egg in the batter and deep fry in an oil until golden brown on a medium flame.
