If you get ready lollipop pieces at the store, then this recipe will hardly take any time or effort to make, because all you need to do is marinate it with spices listed & fry!

Marinate the chicken lollipops with salt, vinegar, ginger, garlic paste and kashmiri red chilli powder for 30 minutes

Now prepare the batter using 1 cup maida,1/4 cup cornflour,1 egg, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder and water to make a thick consistency. Coat the chicken pieces well in the batter.

Deep fry the chicken and strain off the oil and place on tissue paper. Fry in batches and do not overcrowd.

Allow the excess oil to get soaked in the tissue paper for 5 minutes only

Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Place the wok and add 2 tbsp oil, add minced garlic, chopped onions,chopped red bell pepper and saute. Add 2 tbsp soya sauce,3 tbsp readymade manchurian sauce, 1 drop red food color.

Add the fried pieces of chicken and toss gently till the chicken gets coated in the sauce. Add chopped green chillies and spring onions and stir mix and serve hot with sauces of your choice.
