Panna Cotta with Caramelized Kumquats

A dessert to start a “special” day ❤️

Prepare the panna cotta according to the package instructions. Pour it into the mold after adding caramel to the bottom of the dish.

Cut the kumquats in half and remove the seeds. Place them in a skillet. Add the water and sugar, stir, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.

Once the panna cotta is set, unmold it onto a dessert plate and decorate with the caramelized kumquats, a few fresh kumquats, and some leaves. Serve.
