  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice and boil cabbage and carrots with a pinch of salt for 5mins

  2. 2

    Sieve the veggies,slice cucumber and onion and mix

  3. 3

    Fry olive oil with sliced onion

  4. 4

    Add to the veggies with seasoning and mix well

  5. 5

    Can be Served with any type of rice
