Ingredients

  1. 3 poundsporkchops bone in
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt, porkchops
  3. 2 tablespoonsrubbed sage leaves
  4. 1/2 teaspoonground white pepper powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonfinely ground black pepper
  6. 1-1/2 poundscarrots
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt, carrots

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the carrots. Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit. Rinse the porkchops to remove bone fragments. Chop the carrots and toss with olive oil and salt. Season the porkchops with the seasoning on a baking sheet, with the carrots.

    Add the carrots and porkchops in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
