4 tbspmelted butter
2 tbspolive oil
1salt and pepper
2 lbpeeled, diagonally sliced carrots

preheat oven to 450

place carrots on baking sheet, combine all other ingredients and pour over carrots

coat carrots well and spread out evenly

roast carrots, stirring twice for 30 min. until golden and tender.
