Ingredients

  1. 1/2small bottle pumpkin
  2. 2large carrots
  3. 1large onion
  4. 3selery sticks
  5. 1.5 lstock fresh or from cubes
  6. 2 tbmadras curry powder
  7. 2 tbwhite pepper
  8. 2 tbtomato concentrate
  9. 2 tbcooking oil of choice
  10. 1 tbgarlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the veg and cut into cubes

  2. 2

    Sweat the onion and selery. Ad the garlic

  3. 3

    Add the rest of the veg.

  4. 4

    Put in the tomato and the curry powder

  5. 5

    Cover with stock and cook until tender

  6. 6

    Mix and serve with some croutons
