Steps

Take Heavy Bottomed Pan. Keep the flame medium low.

Now add Mava and mix well. So that it melts and mixes well with milk. Also add Gulkand to it. Again mix it till it is dissolved well. Keep stirring.

Now add half of coconut powder and mix it. And after 2 to 3 mins again another half of coconut powder so that lumps are not formed. Add sugar too.

Keep stirring till everything is incorporated well. Time to add pink Colour and rose essence. Keep stirring till it comes altogether to form dough.

Take mithai tray. Grease with ghee. Keep Butter paper and grease it too.

Now put the mixture in this tray and spread it with help of spatula. Garnish with your choice of nuts and Rose petals. And tap it. Keep it in fridge to set for half an hour. And after half and hour cut into required shape.

Serve the Burfi to your loved ones.
