Cooking Instructions

Wash and oeel chayote remove seed then cut into diagonal.

Heat oil and sautee ginger and dried shrimp until shrimp are half done.
- 3
Drop in chayote mix it and add fish sauce and a little water.Mix again then cover and cook until chayote are done.Serve
