Sausage veggies in turmeric pasta

Ingredients

  1. 1satchet of golden penny spaghetti or any spaghetti of Your choice
  2. 1 packetsausage
  3. 5large carrots
  4. 20fresh greenbeans
  5. 1 table spoonturmeric powder
  6. Salt
  7. Water
  8. 2 spoonsvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Get a large pot and put water to boil, add some turmeric powder n salt into the water, then add Your spaghetti And leave it to boil for 30mins

    In the mean while, wash Your carrots and green beans and slice them into julliene and put aside

    Slice Your sausages into desired shape

    Get a medium pot And put Your carrots And greenbeans, add some little amount of water n salt And bring it to boil for 5mins, dein add Your sausages And boil for 2mins dein get a seive And seive dem

    At this point Your spaghetti is well cooked, get a seive And seive it, add some water And wash it well to reduce d starch in it

    After seiving the spaghetti put it back into d pot and add d sausage And veggies into it, dein sprinkle the oil And mix well

  7. 7

    Serve hot with any sauce or stew of Your choice, I serve mine with minced meat sauce. Enjoy
