Take milk in a pan and boil it. When the milk boiling turn off the flame. Take some lemon juice, add some water in it and then put the mixture in the boiling milk gradually to curd it. Take a bowl, place a strainer in it, and keep a coton cloth on it. Then put the curdle milk in it and wash it properly, then squeeze it and tie it and keep it for 20-30 minutes.

Then mash the chhena and knead it with palm and add some maida and little orange colour in it and again knead it for 5-6 minutes. Then make round balls. As shown in fig. Komola bhog balls are ready.

Keep a pan on flame, put water, Sugar, orange essence and little orange colour and keep it for boiling. Then put komola bhog balls in the boiling water and boil it for 10 minutes in high flame and then again 10 minutes in low flame and turn off the flame. Let them to come at room temperature. Then keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours and serve chilled.
