Heat oil in kadhai add jeera and onion and green chillies and saute.

Add chopped mushroom and mix and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper and mix it.

Now add cooked rice and mix properly and cook for 5 minutes.

Now switch off the flame and add lemon juice and green coriander.
