Chilli garlic Brussels sprouts

Wash the Brussels sprouts and pat dry.
In a bowl add plain flour, corn flour, salt, chilli powder and garlic powder. Mix and set aside. - 2
In another bowl add milk and vinegar and mix together. Slowly add the milk to flour mix and make batter.
In a plate add bread crumbs.
Dip one Brussels sprouts at a time in batter and roll in bread crumbs. Place them on a lined baking tray. - 3
In a pan add butter and garlic and sauté until garlic is lightly golden. Add in chilli sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Stir continuously until all incorporated. Add coriander leaves and add in the sprouts and mix well until all coated with the sauce.

Transfer in a serving dish and garnish with some coriander.
