Whole wheat flour burfi
Steps

Heat a pan and add melted ghee

Once ghee is hot add wheat flour. Keep the flame low,

Mix ghee and aata on low flame. stir continously otherwise aata can burn.

To it add half of chopped dry fruits and Cardamom powder. Mix well.

After 10 minutes there will be aromat smell of the mixture which means mixture is cooked. Once mixture is cooked turn off the flame and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, the mixture will not be extremely hot. To that add Jaggery/ Gur and mix well. Remember the flame is still off

Grease a plate with ghee and transfer the mixture on plate

Spread the mixture evenly on plate and garnish it with remaining chopped dry fruits.

After 5 minutes, gently make even cuts of desired shape.

Burfi will take around half hour to set. After 30 minutes take the burfi out in serving plate. Burfi is ready to serve.In winter season it is healthy.
